Christel: San Francisco, California, United States; I have been vegan since April 9th 2009. It started off as a 30 day challenge. After 30 days I felt so great that I didn't look back. I have been enjoying cooking and finding new restaurants and all things vegan. I want to share easy great recipes and all things that have made this life style so much fun. I am not a photographer and far from a chef. When people find out I am vegan they always say "That must be so hard" Well, this blog is all about how easy and rewarding it is and I hope you find it helpful.
